Overview

Christine Sheehy, principal, has more than 25 years experience in working with the State Land Department. She was the Director of the Urban Lands program for the Arizona State Land Department in the mid-1980s and was recognized by then Governor Bruce Babbitt with a Citation of Merit for Outstanding Achievements in Planning State Urban Lands in 1986. Later, as a consultant and then an employee of Del Webb Corporation, Christine successfully worked with the Arizona State Land Department on a variety of land acquisition, leasing and other entitlement issues.

In 1999, Ms. Sheehy was appointed by Governor Jane Hull to serve on the Arizona State Land sub-committee, part of the Working Advisory Committee of the Growing Smarter Commission. Christine also served on the State Land Reform Group chaired by Ed Fox from 2001-2004. As part of this group she chaired a subcommittee that developed new Planning Criteria for Trust land.

Christine also owns Arizona Land Planning & Development, LLC, a company specializing in adding value to raw land by planning, zoning and platting properties. She is also a licensed Arizona real estate broker.
