Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions for leases and sales

Prepare list of items to be considered by the State Land Department's Appraiser

Assist client in the review of the State Land Department's Appraisal

Prepare materials to appeal the value of an appraisal to the Arizona State Land Board of Appeals, if necessary

Attend Board of Appeals Hearing, present for / or with client arguments for the appeal, if needed

Review with client the State Land Department's Auction Notice

Create a bidding strategy and attend auction with client
